This is a specialized Personal Safety workshop designed for women who have experienced domestic violence. Women who take these Workshops have an opportunity to join together and learn ways to increase their safety.

This workshop can be offered for anyone experiencing intimate partner violence.

The goal is to address the specific concerns and challenges faced by women survivors of domestic/partner abuse and provide them with tools to increase their safety in different settings. There is also a component that focuses on various emotional or relationship patterns that can increase the risk of future abuse.
